Digital agencies are different - for example, different niches or client segments are chosen for themselves, but in general, the basic services offered are:

Is a design agency the same as a digital agency?
No. Or yes. Rather no. Definitely not. A design agency in Nature should have focused more of its services around design - they live and breathe design. The digital agency, on the other hand, is less in-depth in design, however, in a wider range of services.
Obviously, there is not a single digital agency that does not deal with design at all, and there are many design agencies whose service portfolio is broader than that of a digital agency, but probably the biggest fundamental difference is in the DNA of each agency - in what they consider most important and describe and execute in their values.

The first steps of the business
We listen to the client's written thoughts or create a strategy with the company, define the target audience, select the launch tactics and mark the most important measurable goals.
We then map the characteristics of the target customers and the customer journey across the customer relationship lifecycle — from the initial exposure of the company to repeat purchases and customer support.
Once the profiles of the company and the target customers are juxtaposed, we can set about creating the company's brand and comprehensive visual identity (CVI) - logo (s), document bottoms, brand lettering and color card design, products and packaging to samples of promotional materials out.
The customer journey and characteristics together with the visual identity provide the designer and developer with instructions on how to put together the structure of the website (UI/ UX) and the content map - what the website contains, how to successfully navigate the content and how to reach the activities that are important for the company (making a purchase/joining an email list/sending a request or other).
Now the website mockup is up in the test environment - it should be tested and then approved with great enthusiasm. At this stage, in addition to the developer, an SEO specialist also begins to work, who makes sure that from the launch of the website, both the content and the technical content of the website are pleasantly pleasing to the search engines.
Once the texts are finished, the design in place, approval from the SEO-guru and the developer's heart satisfied, we solemnly make the new page available to everyone.
Following this milestone, most specialists will move away from the project, but work on SEO will continue for several more months. If the design and development have a verifiable result, then in the case of SEO, depending on the project, very different degrees of work have to be done. Moreover - if competitors are also active or Google changes the rules in its algorithm, the previously acquired position may disappear. Therefore, we set general expectations with the client regarding the results of the SEO service and agree on a tentative period in order to reach such a result.
When a company has established its business as a digital home and the number of organic visitors is increasing, it is also a good time to think about a digital advertising campaign. Its purpose can be different - to raise awareness of a fresh brand, get the first customers faster, generate a following, test a value proposition, or much more.
Considering the objectives of the marketing campaign, the designer and the marketing specialist come together to put together with the client the budget of the campaign, materials, channels. Once the visuals for the campaign exist, all that remains is for the marketing team to manage the campaign - run, analyze, correct, analyze, adjust until the end of the campaign.
What is the usual customer relationship with a digital agency?
In most cases, we work with companies whose digital business has been delivering for many years, and we come to the rescue to help them in one aspect or another to take them to the next level.
